I’ve worked with women navigating perimenopause, menopause, post-surgery recovery, and the ups and downs of midlife, and I understand the mental side as much as the physical. You’ll get a coach who listens, adapts, and supports you every step, so you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — without being pushed into something that doesn’t feel right for your body or your lifestyle.
