I want you to get the very best from your sessions, so here’s the quick version of my booking terms:

1:1 RTT Sessions

7 days’ notice required to reschedule.

Less than 7 days’ notice = session charged in full.

No refunds once a session has been completed.

No-shows are forfeited.

6-Week Group Reset Programme

Once the programme starts, no refunds are available.

Your access, support, and materials are valid for the 6 weeks only.

PT Packages

Buy 11 sessions, get the 12th free.

All sessions must be used within 12 weeks of purchase.

Unused sessions after this time are forfeited.

Individual PT, Massage, or Nutrition Sessions

Must be used within 6 weeks of purchase.

1 Weeks notice required to reschedule or the session is charged in full unless sick.
