Digital Products

All digital products (including eBooks, downloadable materials, audio recordings and online content) are non-refundableonce access has been granted.

Please ensure you read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, support will be provided.

Programmes & Courses

Places on programmes (including the 6-Week Reset and guided group programmes) are non-refundable once the programme has started or materials have been released.

If you are unable to continue, access to materials will remain available for the duration stated in your purchase.

Physical Products

Physical items (such as books or cards) may be eligible for a refund only if faulty or damaged on arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Appointments & Sessions (if applicable)

Any 1:1 sessions or appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.
