Welcome to Reset with Marie. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By booking a session, programme, class or event, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

Company / Practitioner refers to Reset with Marie, operated by Marie Walker.
Client refers to any individual who books, attends or receives services.
Services refers to all wellbeing services offered by Reset with Marie, including but not limited to:

  • Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT-informed sessions)

  • Mindset coaching

  • Personal training

  • Yoga and movement sessions

  • Massage therapy

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance

  • Sound baths and floating sound bath experiences

  • Group programmes, workshops and events

2. Nature of Services

All services provided by Reset with Marie are for wellbeing, education and personal development purposes only.

They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or mental health condition.

Clients should always consult a GP or qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

3. Health & Personal Responsibility

By booking or attending any service, you confirm that:

  • You are physically and mentally fit to participate

  • You have disclosed all relevant health conditions honestly and fully

  • You understand that participation is voluntary and at your own risk

Certain services (including sound baths and floating sound baths) may have specific contraindications, which will be clearly stated at booking and must be adhered to.

Reset with Marie reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe.

4. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions, programmes and events must be booked in advance

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

  • Prices are listed on the website or booking platform

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event or programme:

  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed

  • No refunds are offered for missed sessions, late cancellations, illness, personal circumstances or sound sensitivity

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted and will not be refunded

If Reset with Marie cancels a session or event, clients will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative date

6. RTT & Mindset Work Disclaimer

RTT-informed sessions and mindset coaching:

  • Do not guarantee specific results

  • Require active client participation

  • Are not a substitute for therapy, counselling or medical care

Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including personal commitment and circumstances.

7. Personal Training, Yoga & Movement Disclaimer

Movement-based services involve physical activity and carry inherent risks.

Clients acknowledge that:

  • They are responsible for working within their own limits

  • They will stop immediately if they feel pain, dizziness or discomfort

  • Reset with Marie is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow guidance

8. Massage Therapy Disclaimer

Massage services are provided for relaxation and wellbeing purposes only.

Massage is not a medical treatment and does not replace care from a licensed healthcare professional. Clients must disclose any injuries, medical conditions or sensitivities before treatment.

9. Nutrition & Lifestyle Guidance Disclaimer

Nutrition and lifestyle guidance provided by Reset with Marie:

  • Is educational and supportive in nature

  • Is not medical or dietary advice

  • Should not replace advice from a GP, dietitian or other qualified professional

10. Sound Bath & Floating Sound Bath Disclaimer

Sound bath experiences involve live sound and vibration, and (for floating sessions) a water-based environment.

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Sound levels may vary and may feel loud or intense

  • Floating sessions require basic water confidence

  • Contraindications must be respected

  • No refunds are offered due to sound preference or sensitivity

Participation is entirely voluntary.

11. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with data protection laws.

Session content and personal information remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or for safeguarding purposes.

Any session recordings provided are for personal use only and must not be shared.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Reset with Marie accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage resulting from participation

  • Clients participate entirely at their own risk

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

Reset with Marie reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
