How I help
I’m Marie, founder of Reset with Marie. I specialise in supporting women aged 40–60 through perimenopause and menopause, particularly those experiencing weight changes, low energy, brain fog, emotional overwhelm or a loss of confidence in their bodies and lives.

Why work with me
I bring over a decade of hands-on experience supporting thousands of women through movement, mindset and behaviour change. I’ve worked across leading premium gym environments including Virgin Active, Nuffield Health, David Lloyd and Mytime Active, alongside private studios, community settings and my own fully equipped home gym.
I’m trained in RTT-informed hypnotherapy and mindset work, personal training, yoga, massage therapy, sound and nervous-system regulation, with a strong focus on midlife health, menopause, weight changes and emotional overwhelm.
Alongside my in-person work, I’ve created the Reset with Marie 6-Week Reset Programme, written guided workbooks, and developed therapy-inspired Transformation Cards designed specifically for women in midlife. My approach combines clinical insight, physical understanding and real-life structure — not trends, pressure or quick fixes.

Floating Sound Bath
A deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system and help the body fully reset. Gently supported by warm water, you float while therapeutic sound bowls are played around the pool, allowing vibrations to travel through both sound and water. This unique combination helps release stress, quiet the mind and guide the body out of fight-or-flight into deep rest. I’m not a one-size-fits-all trainer — because not every body, hormone profile or stage of life is the same.
With over eight years’ experience in personal training, nutrition coaching and wellbeing, I’ve supported thousands of women across a wide range of goals and life stages.
I’ve delivered programmes within leading premium health and fitness environments including David Lloyd Clubs, Nuffield Health and Virgin Active, alongside my own independent practice.
I specialise in working with women navigating perimenopause, menopause, post-surgery recovery and the physical and emotional shifts of midlife. I understand that progress isn’t just physical — it’s hormonal, neurological and personal.
You won’t be pushed or boxed into a generic programme.
